If you've landed here, i'm sure you're passionate about moving well and having a physical body that functions with ease and without pain.
That's most certainly how I feel, and I'm excited to take this movement journey with you.
Over the course of many years, (along with being a professional performing artist), I've had the pleasure of serving as a professional dance and movement educator.
Over the course of that time, I've been a dance faculty member at multiple colleges in Toronto and have offered my skills as a Dance Adjudicator, Studio Owner, Choreographer, Dance Educator, Dance Organization Board Member, Artistic Director, Dance Captain, Pilates Instructor and more.
I've watched bodies move for a LONG time now and have noticed a few commonalities.
One of the MOST important being...bodies need to move to stay in proper function.
If we're not paying attention to how they're functioning, we're in trouble.
Breathing and even more importantly, HOW we breathe is also a huge component in this equation.
The power of breath and movement together can set our bodies on a course to function optimally for the rest of our lives.
My hope is that we can work together to create the best possible plan of action to take this hope and turn it into tangible physical results for you.
